Ahem. From the first mentioned article:

Both? There are three films now, sir.
The devil is in the details. There are two Bryan Singer X-Men movies and one Ratner X-Men.
Thanks for the eagle eyes. Though the original text wasn't incorrect, it probably wasn't as clear as it could've been. Updated.
